02What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone); travel details needed to arrange a trip (traveller names as they appear on passports, dates, preferences, dietary and accessibility needs); payment confirmation data from our processor; and basic analytics about how the site is used.
03Why we collect it
To quote, arrange and service your travel; to meet airline, hotel and border requirements; to take payment; to send confirmations and itinerary updates; and, only with your consent, to send occasional journey inspiration.
04Payment data
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the confirmation reference and the amount.
05Who we share it with
Only the suppliers required to deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers — and our processors for payment and email. We never sell your data.
06International transfers
Arranging travel necessarily involves sending your details to suppliers in the destination country, which may be outside your home jurisdiction.
07How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
08Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email concierge@signaltravels.com and we will respond within 30 days.
09Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as currency, language and theme. Non-essential analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
